You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use CarAlert. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account.
2. Service Description
CarAlert provides listing intelligence, valuation signals, and notifications based on user-defined filters. Alerts and scores are informational and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
We do not guarantee listing accuracy, completeness, continued availability, or specific results.
3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing
Paid features require an active subscription. Trial offers, plan pricing, and feature limits may vary and may change over time.
Billing is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected interval until cancellation.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with platform operations.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Resell access without written authorization.
5. Intellectual Property
CarAlert, including software, branding, and site content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for limited use rights granted by these Terms, all rights are reserved.
6. Third-Party Services
The service may link to or integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, policies, or service availability.
7. Disclaimers
CarAlert is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarAlert and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from use of the service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CarAlert and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the platform, users, or legal obligations.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
